In December 2007, Estafeta selected Riposte® and Riposte Essential™ to replace their existing counter automation solution. The company will also be utilizing Escher Group’s Professional Services team for consulting, support and training throughout the project.
Estafeta is Mexico’s leading document and package delivery company with domestic and international service. With Escher’s point-of-sale solution, Estafeta plans to function as a service center for the customer and will make its technology available to its agents and retail franchisees.
Estafeta expects the implementation of the Riposte family of products will strengthen its sales channels, unify its current disparate platforms, streamline processes through successful integration with SAP R/3, CRM, tracking and other systems, and ensure scalability and flexibility so that they may seize future opportunities.
